• The Vice Chancellor of Kwara State University, Malete, Prof. AbdulRasheed Na’Allah, has warned students of the institution to avoid any act of violence during and after the 2015 general election.

    Prof. Na’Allah, who spoke during a sensitisation programme on Youth and Elections, organised by National Association of Political Science Students (NAPASS), KWASU chapter, urged students to guard against utterances and behaviour that could trigger violence.

    The VC asked the students to exercise their civic responsibility and be good ambassadors of the community throughout the election period.

    The 2015 general elections is scheduled to take place on Saturday, March 28th for Presidential and National Assembly and Saturday, April 11th for Governorship and State House of Assembly.
