Application forms can be obtained by purchasing a Veritas University eTranzact Payment PIN at any bank in Nigeria. Amount paid must match your type of transcript request. Note, the payment must be via eTranzact.

Cost of sending Receipt by Courier/scan to Applicant – N2, 000.00
Total – N25, 000.00
Option II: Local Requests:
Processing Fee – N3, 000.00
Postage by Courier (DHL) – N7, 000.00
Cost of sending Receipt by Courier/scan to Applicant – N2, 000.00
Total – N12, 000.00
Option III: Electronic Copy:
Processing Fee – N3, 000.00
Cost of sending electronically – N10, 000.00
Total – N13, 000.00
The PIN number (Confirmation Order Number) stated on the Veritas University eTranzact Payment receipt obtained from the bank immediately after payment gives you access to completing the form online.
