MDCN Accredits KASU Faculty Of Medicine.
Good news finally for the Kaduna State University (KASU) as the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) has approved the accreditation of the university’s Faculty of Medicine.
With this development, KASU medical students can now proceed to Barau Dikko Teaching Hospital (BDTH) for their clinical phase of training.
It would be recalled that KASU medical students held a protest in November last year against the continued non-accreditation of the faculty by MDCN. This led to a visit by the council in December to inspect facilities in the faculty.
