Notice To University of Lagos UNILAG Graduating Students.
Following the announcement of the University of Lagos (UNILAG) Convocation ceremonies, the authorities of the University wishes to inform all 2020/2021 academic session graduating students that they are to take note of the following information.
Payments for ALL graduating students for the 52nd (2020) Convocation Ceremonies are as outlined below:
Mandatory Payment;
Payment for ALL graduating students for the Convocation Ceremonies:

Gown, Hood & Cap shall be obtained at the following cost:

Academic outfits will be available at the College of Medicine, School of Postgraduate Studies, Faculties, and the Distance Learning Institute.
(iii) Return of Academic Outfit
The deadline for the return of all academic outfits shall be Thursday, February 3, 2022, while those who fail to return the outfit shall be made to bear the cost of outright purchase (N20,000.00) before clearance is issued.
(iv) Collection of Certificates
All graduating students are expected to collect their certificates within three (3) months after Convocation. Failure to collect them will attract a demurrage of N50 per day.
Procedure for Payments;

Thereafter, students are to proceed to any bank of their choice with the RRR generated, for payment as appropriate. INVITATION CARDS FOR GRADUATING STUDENTS:
Each graduating student is entitled to two invitation cards. The invitation cards and a complete set of academic outfit, made up of gown, hood, cap and scroll, would be available for collection on presentation of receipt/teller for payment at the College/ School /Faculty/ Institute as appropriate. Convocation Brochure and Academic outfit are to be collected at the various locations earlier mentioned. Graduants should attend the convocation at the time allotted to them.
The Vice Chancellor, Professor Oluwatoyin T. Ogundipe, FAS on behalf of the entire University community congratulates all graduating students. Please be assured that certificates would be ready for collection immediately after each ceremony upon the presentation of ALL necessary clearance.
