The Governing Council of the University of Benin has approved the appointed of Mrs. Otasowie Oshodin as the Eight Substantive Registrar of the University.
Until here appointment, Mrs. Oshodin was the Deputy Registrar, Staff Training and Labour Relations in the institution.
She will replace the incumbent Registrar of the institution, Mrs. Gladys Ogboghodo whose tenure expires on 7th May, 2015 after five years in office.
Mrs. Otasowie Oshodin is the wife of the immediate past Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Osayuki Godwin Oshodin.
