    ACADEMIC PROGRAMMES AVAILABLE IN THE COLLEGE
    The College currently runs the Full.Time N.C.E. programme, the Part-Time N.C.E. programme and the Pre-N.C.E. (Science & French) programme.
    Along with these, it also runs a remedial programme for candidates preparing for a re-take of the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination and also for candidates preparing for the Joint Matriculation Examinations..

    FULL.TIME NCE PROGRAMME (3 YEARS)

    As stated in the National Policy on Education (1989), maximum of five years is given for a candidate to obtain the NCE Certificate. The minimum number of years to be spent to qualify for the award of the NCE is three.
    Admission into the Full-Time NCE programme is through the polytechnic and colleges of Education Examination organised nation-wide by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board.
    The programme offers various course combinations in the sciences and liberal Arts

    PART-TIME NCE PROGRAMME (5 YEARS)
    This course is designed to provide opportunities for the academic and professional development and upgrading of serving A.C.E. Teachers, Grade II Teachers, SSCE/WASC certificate holders etc.
    Courses currently available under the programme are identical with those in the Full-time NCE programme.
    PRE-NCE (FULL-TIME) PROGRAMME (ONE YEAR)
    The programme is designed primarily for prospective part 1 NCE candidates who are Deficient in meeting the minimum entry requirements for the NCE programme.
    Successful candidates after the one year programme shall transit to the relevant courses in the Full-Time NCE programme.
    The programme currently runs in the pure Sciences and French related combinations.
