Ondo State University, OSUSTECH Freshers’ Admission Clearance Exercise for 2016/2017 academic session announced.
The management of Ondo State University of Science and Technology Okitipupa, wishes to inform newly admitted students that the Admissions Clearance Exercise for the 2016/2017 academic session begins January 16, 2017.
Candidates are to come with the original and copies of the following Items:
a. Evidence of payment for Acceptance Fee (N40,000) and 100 Level School Fees (N80,000)
b. O’level Result (WAEC/NECO/GCE) or A’level Results
c. JAMB Result Slip
d. JAMB Admission offer letter
e. OSUSTECH Acceptance letter
f. Passport photographs (12 copies)
g. Birth Certificate
h. Certificate of State of Orgin/Local Government of Origin
i. Medical Clearance Report (to be done in OSUSTECH Medical Centre)
j. Attestation Letter from a reputable Clergyman/Imam/Lawyer/Senior Civil Servant/Traditional Ruler
k. Download, print and fill copies of the following documents: NEW STUDENT SCREENING FORM and STUDENT SELF DECLARATION AGAINST CULSTISM FORM
