The National Open University of Nigeria is inviting the general public to the matriculation ceremony of her fresh students which will hold on Saturday, 14th March, 2015 at all the NOUN study centres nationwide.
All new students are required to complete their registration exercise to enable them participate in the matriculation exercise.
