• The National Open University of Nigeria has gotten the sum of N2 billion from the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) for the building of a specialist hospital for the university’s School of Health Sciences.

    The Vice-Chancellor of NOUN, Professor Vincent Tenebe who made the disclosure in Lagos, said that the hospital, when completed, will be equiped with 21st Century equipment and personnel.

    He said students of NOUN will be exposed to the best form of medical training as applicable to their peers in the developed countries.

    Prof. Tenebe added that the projects will commence soon and completed in record time.
