The management of Federal University Ndufu-Alike Ikwo (FUNAI) invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the under-listed non-academic vacant positions.
1. Technical Officer:
Academic /Degree Requirements – B.SC/HND in Computer science (or the equivalent). M.SC/M.TECH degree in this discipline is an advantage.
Job description – Computer, Photocopier, Printer, Projector, Scanner and general systems repair and maintenance.
2. Programmer:
Academic /Degree Requirements – B.SC in Computer science (or the equivalent). MSC/MTECH degree in this discipline is an added advantage.
Job description – Web development, Software development with Asp.net, JSP, Java, C++, Fortran, Visual basic .Net, C#, Access, Mysql, Oracle and php.
3. Admin /Data processing Officer:
Academic /Degree Requirements – BA (HONS) and IT certificate in English and Data processing respectively.
Job description – General data processing with good Information and Communication experience.
4. Tele-Communication Technician:
Academic /Degree Requirements – B.ENG/B.SC in Engineering/Computer Science. Masters degree in this discipline is an added advantage.
Job description – Networking ability to construct, install, monitor, repair and maintain communication systems and equipment. Applicants should be familiar with data cables, wiring, circuits, internet connectivity, digital computers and all related systems and devices.
