Federal University of Health Sciences Otukpo Admission Form 2020/2021 Session.
The Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo (FUHSO) wishes to inform UTME candidates who did not choose the university as their first choice but wish to change to the institution that, they may do so but must meet the prescribed requirements of the university programme as specified in the JAMB brochure for the respective courses.
The programmes are;

B.Sc. Biology
B.Sc. Microbiology
B.Sc. Chemistry
B.Sc. Biostatistics
B.Sc. Computer Science
B.Sc. Mathematics
B.Sc. Physics.
How to Apply:
All interested candidates who meet the requirements are to log in to the JAMB website for change of institution and change of course.
Candidates who have successfully done the change can proceed to the FUHSO portal via the link below to apply;

NOTE: All candidates who did not apply to FUHSO as their first choice but wish to change to the institution are to upload their O’level results to the JAMB website and the school portal.

Application for the online post-UTME screening closes on Friday, 7th May 2021.
