11 First Class as Fountain University Graduates 346 Students.
A total of 346 students graduated from the Fountain University, Osogbo during her 4th and 5th convocation ceremonies held on Tuesday, 29th May, 2016.
Eleven of the graduating students got first class, 274 second class while 59 students had third class grades.
The ceremony saw two eminent Nigerians conferred with honarary degrees. The Sultan of Sokoto, His Eminence, Alhaji Muhammed Sa’ad Abubakar and a former governor, State of Osun , Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola were the recepients of the awards.
Dignitaries present at the event were the Executive Governor of Sokoto State, Rt.Hon. Aminu Tambuwal; the Deputy Governor, State of Osun, Chief Mrs. Grace Titi Laoye-Tomori among a host of others. Parents, Members of Nasfat, teaching and non-teaching members of staff and students of the University also witnessed the event.
