The authorities of Edo University Iyamho (EUI) has released the official academic calendar for undergraduate students for the 2018/2019 session.
The break down of EUI calendar of academic activities is as follows.
1ST SEMESTER:
| 26/11/2018 | New students coming into residence. Clearance of newly admitted Students/CourseRegistration for 1st Semester 2018/2019 |
| 09/12/2018 | Christmas break (4 weeks) |
| 06/1/2019 | All students come into residence for the 2018/2019 Academic Session. |
| 07/1/2019 – 11/1/2019 | Course Registration for 1st Semester 2018/2019 |
| 14/1/2019 | Lectures begins for 1stSemester 2018/2019 Academic Session. |
| 25/1/2019 | Deadline for registration of courses for 1st Semester 2018/2018 (two weeks after registration of courses Begin). |
| 18/2/2019 – 22/2/2019 | Orientation for New students (5 weeks after Lectures Begin). |
| 22/3/2019 – 23/3/2019 | Matriculation / 3rd Founder’s Day Celebration (10 Weeks After lectures begin). |
| 05/4/2019 | End of 1st Semester lectures for 2018/2019 Academic Session. (12 weeks). |
| 08/4/2019 – 12/4/2019 | Revision (1 week). |
| 13/4/2019 | General Studies Examinations (GST). |
| 15/4/2019 | 1st Semester Examinations begin in all Faculties |
| 26/4/2019 | 1st Semester Examinations ends. |
| 27/4/2019 – 10/5/2019 | Students go down for 1st Semester break (2 weeks). |
2ND SEMESTER:
| 11/5/2019 | students come into residence for 2nd Semester 2018/2019 Academic Session. |
| 13/5/2019 – 17/5/2019 | Course registration for 2nd Semester 2018/2019 |
| 20/5/2019 | 2nd Semester lectures begin. |
| 9/8/2019 | 2nd Semester lectures ends (12 weeks) |
| 12/8/2019 – 16/8/2019 | Revision (1 week). |
| 17/8/2019 | General Studies Examinations. |
| 19/8/2019 | Examinations begin for all Faculties. |
| 30/8/2019 | End of 2nd Semester Examinations 2018/2019 Academic Session. |
| 31/08/2019 -27/9/2019 | Students go down for end of session 2018/2019 (4 weeks break). |
| 16/9/2019 – 20/9/2019 | Department/Faculties Boards of Studies meet to Consider Results. |
| 23/9/2019 – 27/9/2019 | Senate meets to consider 2018/2019 Academic Session Results. |
| 5/10/2019 | New students come into residence for 2019/2020. |
