The Niger State Government has approved the establishment of an Air Force secondary school which will take-off at Gusase in Bosso Local Government Area of the state.
Speaking after the state’s executive council meeting on Thursday, the Commissioner for Education, Alhaji Danladi Abdulhamid, said the construction of some classroom blocks have already commenced at the site of the project.
He said that two blocks of six classrooms is now ready and another one block of three classrooms had reached advanced stage of construction.
The commissioner noted that besides paying N16m compensation to the landowners, the state government would construct an administrative block as well as provide furniture for the school.
