TGIF! Yeah, we don’t normally do music reviews here but you will agree with me that at some point one needs entertainment to lighten the mood. Simi’s Jamb question will surely give you a treat.

You see, virtually all of us at CampusPortalNG.com are fans of Simi’s music. From her previously released hit singles Tiff, E No Go Funny, and her Restless mixtape, it has always been soothing and fun listening to her. I mean, it may not be wrong to refer to her as the new Asa of Nigerian music.

Before we digress too much, the “Jamb question” here should not be taken for the literal meaning as related to the popular annual exam in Nigeria (UTME) organized by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board. Simi’s “Jamb question” is a slang, a sarcastic response commonly used within higher institution campuses as a response to irrelevant or tough questions. You get the gist right?

So the Jamb question video staring popular singer/rapper, Falz TheBahdGuy, has a story line that depicts what happens when a “sharp” guy tries to woo a bae with too many jamb questions 🙂 The video became even more interesting towards the end when Falz came with his witty lines but was cut short almost instantly 🙁
I guess there will be a remix as the original audio never had Falz on it. We can’t wait for the full version. I see jamb question getting the kind of trend Yemi Alade’s jhony had last year.
