It is high time Nigerians should start demanding their leaders; political, traditional and even religious to send their children to public schools instead of private they use to send them in Nigeria or abroad.
It is an etiquette, a propriety and a decorum that is observed by leaders from around the world, that once they attain the position of leadership and authority, they simply change their life styles from flamboyant one to one very close to that of the masses.
Our leaders from ward head to King/Emir, Councillor to President should kindly send their children to public schools for the betterment of the schools.
It is time Nigerians should insist on those etiquettes so as to make sure that corruption is given zero tolerance from the side of our leaders.
Leadership is all about sacrifices for the sake of your people. If a leader can’t send his child to a public school, I doubt if he can make greater sacrifice.
