This funny but serious looking picture has been circulating online for some hours now. It shows how over one thousand able bodied men wrote the entrance examination into the Indian Army in Muzaffarpur on Monday.
They all stripped down to their underwear and sat under the sun with the full glare of furious looking senior officers monitoring them… All in the name of avoiding malpractices. Lol.
