This is to inform all students and staff of University of Uyo that the Second Semester of the 2013/2014 Academic Year will commence on Monday, September 29, 2014.
Lectures and other academic activities for the Second Semester will also commence the same day.
The schedule for the re-opening is as follows:
(1) Monday, September 29 to Friday, October 10, 2014
(Normal registration without penalty).
(2) Monday, October 13 to Friday, October 24, 2014 (registration with penalty of N2,000.00 [two thousand naira] only).
(3) Friday, October 24, 2014 Registration closes for the semester.
Students are advised in their own interest to complete their registration processes within the approved period indicated.
Screening for Ebola Virus Disease (EVD)
All students, staff and everyone who have business to transact in the University of Uyo, should please note that there will be screening for the Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) at all entrances into the five (5) campuses of the University with effect from September, 29, 2014.
