UDUTH Nursing Admission Form for 2016/2017 Session.
The Usmanu Dan fodiyo University Teaching Hospital (UDUTH), Sokoto invites application from qualified candidates for admission into the School of Nursing for the 2016/2017 academic session.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must possess Five O/Level Credits in not more than Two (2) sittings in English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in WAEC, NECO or WASSCE.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
- Interested candidates are to collect printed REMITA slip of Five thousand Naira from UDUTH Accountant and pay at any bank.
- Present teller of payment to UDUTH Accountant to collect a slip containing Pin number and Serial Number to enable you log into the Applicant portal: www.uduth.org.ng/online_form2.php

Pls I have intres in this course but one of recommend subject for this course, which is biology is Ordinary pass can I obtain the form.
