Each candidate is to come to a centre close to him/her with the following items:
1. Evidence of payment of N6,000 for Change of University Form for those who did not choose SAU originally in their JAMB Forms
2. Completed Change of University Form
3. Evidence of payment of N2000 for Post UTME
4. Photocopy of Secondary School Certificate / Entry qualifications
5. 2 Passport photographs
6. Photocopy of JAMB Result Slip
7. Writing materials.
