This is to inform the general public and prospective candidates that Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC) of the Plateau State Polytechnic, Barkin Ladi, Jos Campus, shall commence online sale of Admission forms for 2015/2016 academic session from Monday, 2nd November, 2015 and end 4th December, 2015.
The following are the Courses run by the Centre:
- Diploma in Accounts and Audit (Morning/Evening)
- Diploma in Banking and Finance
- Diploma in Conflict Management
- Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Diploma in Marketing
- Diploma in Mass Communication
- Diploma in Management Studies
- Diploma in Public Administration
- Diploma in Production Management
- Diploma in Purchasing and Supply
CERTIFICATE COURSE: Certificate in Public Administration.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
a) Candidates applying for Diploma in Management Courses, Accounting and Audit, Banking anFinance, Marketing, Production Management, Management Studies, Purchasing and Supply and Human Resource Management must possess, at least, three credits in Social Science subjects, including Mathematics and at least a pass in English Language.
b) Candidates applying for Diploma in Public Administration, Mass Communication, Conflict Management and Peace studies, must possess at least three credits in Social Sciences subjects including English Language.
c) Candidates applying for Certificate Courses must possess at least three passes in Social Science subjects.
BANKS TO BE USED: First Bank (all branches).
HOW TO APPLY ON LINE
Go to any First Bank branch to pay your application fee of N4,000, excluding transaction charge of N500, through e-Tranzact pin vending payment option, and obtain a print out (confirmation order)
Visit plapoly website- plapoly.edu.ng click “HRDC” then click “prospective student”. Then click “admission”, select the programme to which you are seeking admission and capture your bio-data, that is, complete application form online.
Print the Application Payment Receipt (Confirmation Order). You will be notified via e-mail or sms that your application is successful.
Go for admission screening at designated Location which will be communicated later and the following documents will be required during the screening exercise.
- Copy of printed and complete screening form.
- Original copy of “O” level (SSCE,NECO) Result/Certificate.
- Original Certificate (For Certificate Courses only).
- Indigene certificate.
- Application Payment Receipt
Note: The following items will be required from each applicant during the filling of the form online:
- Email address
- Pass word to be used to log in later, which must be kept safe and not forgotten.
- Name of next of kin
- Passport to be uploaded
- Confirmation order.
