OAU Teaching Hospital School of Nursing Form 2020/2021 Released.
The Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital (OUATH) invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the following Nursing programmes for the 2020/2021 academic session.
A. Basic General Nursing
B. Post Basic General Nursing
C. Post Basic Midwifery
D. Post Basic Perioperative Nursing.
1. BASIC GENERAL NURSING
This is a three-year program commencing in October, 2020.
REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must possess: WAEC/SSCE/GCE or NECO, SSCE/GCE 5 Credits (at not more than two sittings) in English language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. He or She should be at least Sixteen (16) years old on admission.
2. POST BASIC GENERAL NURSING
This is an eighteen-month programme commencing in March, 2021.
REQUIREMENTS: i) Applicants must:Possess WAEC, SSCE/GCE or NECO, SSCE/GCE with 5 credits (at not more than two sittings) in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
ii) Be a registered Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
3. POST BASIC MIDWIFERY
This is an eighteen-month programme commencing in September, 2020.
REQUIREMENTS: i) Applicants must:i. Possess WAEC, SSCE/GCE or NECO, SSCE/GCE with five (5) credits (at not more than two sittings) in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
ii) Possess Registration with Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria as a Registered Nurse.
4. POST BASIC PERIOPERATIVE NURSING
This is a twelve-month programme commencing in November, 2020.
REQUIREMENTS: i) Applicants must:Possess credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in not more than two (2) sittings.
ii) Possess Registration with Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria as a Registered Nurse.

- Payment for the FORM is strictly by ATM CARD through REMITA Platform.
- Form fees are Eight Thousand Naira (N8000.00) only for Basic General Nursing and Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) only for others.
SCREENING DETAILS & CLOSING DATES
The Entrance Examinations will be scheduled after the COVID19 pandemic.
