NYSC Letter of Exclusion Collection Procedure for Part Time Graduate.
National Youth Service Corps letter / certificate of exclusion collection procedure has been detailed here. Graduates of various Institutions who have completed their part-time programme and have obtained their Degrees / HND / Certificates or Professional qualification as regulated by NUC / NBTE or evaluated by the Federal Ministry Education with effect from 2001 to date are eligible to be issued Letters of Exclusion.
This is to inform all concerned that institutions have uploaded details of part-time graduates on the NYSC portal. If you are a part-time graduate, you are advised to visit our registration portal: https://portal.nysc.org.ng to check your name on the uploaded senate/ academic board lists and register to enable you print your exclusion letter.
This is to inform PART-TIME GRADUATES that have registered online, that they can now print their EXCLUSION LETTER on their dashboard.
REPLACEMENT OF LOST NYSC LETTER OF EXCLUSION
NYSC Letter of Exclusion can be replaced at the presentation of Letter of application for replacement attached with the following documents;
a) Police extract
b) Court Affidavit
c) Photocopy of lost original letter of exclusion.
d) Where the above (4) is not available, the applicant must furnish the department with the date of issuance and certificate number.
e) Original copy of his/her Institutions Certificate of graduation.
f) Identity card or driver’s license or International passport.
Note: NYSC Original Letter of Exclusion is not replaceable hence client will only be issued with letter of attestation / confirmation.
