This is to inform the public and newly admitted students of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) that the 17th Matriculation Ceremony has been scheduled to hold on Saturday 27th May, 2017 in all Study Centres across the Federation.
Prospective students are advised to conclude all registration processes ahead of the Ceremony.
