The management of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso wishes to inform all Students who participated in the concluded 2014/2015 SIWES Programme that arrangement has been made for submission of Logbooks, Form 8 and E-payment forms at Industrial Training and Coordinating Unit (ITCU) as follows.
Tuesday, March 1 – 4, 2016 9.00a.m – 2.30p.m:

Monday, March 7 – 11, 2016 9.00a.m – 2.30p.m:
FACULTY OF BASIC MEDICAL SCIENCES (BIOCHEMISTRY) & FACULTY OF PURE AND APPLIED SCIENCES; (PHY, BIO, MTH, CHM, MICROBIOLOGY/ GEOLOGY)
Monday, March 14 – 18, 2016 9.00a.m – 2.30p.m:
FACULTY OF ENGINEERING; (CSE, EEE, MEE, CHE, AGE, CVE, FSE) & FACULTY OF ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCES; (FAA, URP, ARCH)
Monday, March 25 – 29, 2016 9.00a.m – 2.30p.m:
FACULTY OF MANAGEMENT SCIENCES (TRANSPORT & HIGHWAY ENGINEERING, ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT.
Based on the above information, you are advised to strictly adhere to the under listed guidelines;
(i) Ensure that your logbook are signed and stamped on Weekly basis at your placement organization.
(ii) ITF page on the Logbook should be duly signed and stamped.
(iii) Ensure your organization based supervisor assess you on the evaluation sheet on the last page of your logbooks, signed and stamped.
(iv) Ensure your organization based supervisor and Lautech supervisor sign and stamp your form 08.
(v) Make Photocopy of your logbook for your departmental defense and submit the original to ITCU office.
Prompt compliance will enable the Unit process your Logbooks, Form 8 and E-payment form further.
