FUOYE SUPPLEMENTARY PRE-DEGREE FORM 2015/2016
Fuoye predegree form 2015 is out. The Academic Board of the Federal University Oye-Ekiti at its meeting approved the supplementary advertisement in the under-listed courses in the Pre-Degree Programme of 2015/2016 Session;
(a) History and International Studies
(b) Communication Arts
(c) Linguistics & Languages
(d) Political Science
(e) Criminology
(f) Social Works
REGISTRATION FEE
Each candidate are required to pay Ten Thousand Naira (N10, 000.00) only, excluding bank charges as Registration fee.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
i. Interested candidates are required to purchase a bank draft of the sum of Ten Thousand Naira only (N10, 000) at any bank in favour of Federal University Oye.
ii. Visit Federal University Oye-Ekiti Bursary to change your bank draft to receipt. You will receive a print out with receipt number and confirmation order number at the Pre-degree office.
iii. Visit Federal University Oye-Ekiti website www.fuoye.edu.ng and click on Pre-Degree link from the homepage.
iv. Go to payment portal section and insert the details received from the University and this will enable you access to the Application Form.
SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION
i. Candidates are advised to ensure that their application forms are duly and carefully completed.
ii. Applicants are to note that the 2015/2016 Pre-Degree entrance examination will be computer-based.
GENERAL INFORMATION
i. Candidates are expected to note that the examination comes up at Ikechukwu Ifenacho ICT Centre, behind United Bank of Africa (UBA), Oye-Ekiti. Please ensure you print the Examination Slip.
ii. All candidates are required to register for 2016 UTME and score the minimum cut-off mark during the Programme.
iii. All Candidates are required to use valid e-mail addresses and PERSONAL Telephone Numbers.
iv. The forms must be filled and submitted on-line on or before Wednesday, 16th December 2015.
* No downloaded or printed copies of forms will be accepted.
v. Candidates are advised to follow the Application Instructions very carefully and ensure they select the Correct SUBJECTS’ COMBINATION. Failure to do so may adversely affect the Candidate.
vi. Submit a valid e-mail address and a valid cell phone number in your Registration Form.
CLOSING DATE
The 2015/2016 Pre-Degree Supplementary Application will close on Wednesday, 16th December 2015.
EXAMINATION DATE
The date for the Entrance Examination is Friday 18th December 2015.
