FUNAAB Registration Procedure for 2019/2020 Newly Admitted Students.
All newly admitted candidates into the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) for the 2019/2020 academic session are hereby advised that the registration portal has been reopened.
It would be recalled that based on the Senate approved Academic Calendar, the 2018/2019 Academic Session officially ended on Thursday, March 5, 2020. The Corona virus pandemic and the attendant guidelines issued by the Federal Government did not allow the re-opening of schools, higher institutions inclusive.
However, based on recent and very positive developments in the management of the pandemic and the directives of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 as well as the National Universities Commission, the Vice-Chancellor, on behalf of Senate, has approved the opening of the University Portal for Fresh Students to commence registration formalities for the 2019/2020 Academic Session with effect from Monday, October 12, 2020.
Consequent on the above, fresh students are hereby informed of the commencement of registration formalities for the 2019/2020 Academic Session with effect from Monday, October 12, 2020. Further information will be made available in due course.
