The management of Fountain University, Osogbo invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Foundation (i.e Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board) Programme for 2016/2017 Academic Session.
1 Year Foundation Programme
Admission Requirements
5 Credits including English and Mathematics in related subjects to the course of study. For candidates without JAMB or scored below 180 score grade.
Screening Requirements:
Applicants must bring to the centre the following documents viz:
- Printout of 2016 UTME result slip
- Print out of completed Bio-data form
- Original and photocopies of Ordinary Level Result
- Evidence of payment for (Bank teller) for the screening exercise.

Application forms can be accessed on the page of the University website: www.fountainuniversity.edu.ng after obtaining a teller for the payment of a fee of N5,500 to any of the available branches of GTB (Acct.No 0035759013) and Access Bank Plc (Acct. No. 0033534044).
