A total of 2,682 graduands will obtain their National Certificate of Education (NCE) during the 36th combined convocation ceremonies of the Federal
Speaking at the pre-convocation briefing, the Provost, Dr. Sijibomi Olusanya, said the graduates are from the 2011/2012, 2012/2013, 2013/2014 academic sessions.
He said that Miss Elizabeth Adelekan, a graduate of Integrated Science/Chemistry emerged the best graduating student with a Cumulative Grade Average Point Average of 4.83.
Olusanya added that two other students, Jacob Iwerina (Integrated Science/ Mathematics) and Abolaji Mustapha (Integrated Science/ Biology) would receive special recognition for their outstanding academic performances.
The Provost hailed the President Goodluck Jonathan administration for its support for the education sector, especially through the TETFund intervention.
