All graduating students are requested to note that:
i. Completion of graduation formalities including payment of Alumni Association dues, and collection of clearance, invitation cards and academic gowns, will commence on Wednesday, 30th October, 2013.
ii. Each graduand is entitled to two guest cards which will be available at the Faculty Office of the respective graduands. Graduands are also to collect Academic Gowns from their Faculties.
iii. All graduands are advised to observe the dress code of the University and ensure that they are at the Convocation Venue not later than 9.00am. Any graduand improperly dressed or late to the Venue will not be allowed to participate in the ceremony.
iv. Convocation rehearsal will hold on Friday 1st November, 2013 at the University Worship Centre at 5.00 p.m.
