The state governor, Darius Ishaku, who disclosed this through his Commissioner of Education, Mr. Johaness Jigem, said the move was a total reformation in the education sector to make it sound, resourceful and result-oriented in line with the national policy on education.
The commissioner noted that the governor directed that only qualified candidate from the state with degree in education and NCE holders should apply for the job.
Jigem also said that the federal character system will be adhered to in order to give all section of the state a sense of belonging.
According to him, the approval was necessitated by the performance recorded by the state in last year’s WAEC.
He explained that the recruitment was also part of the lifting of ban on employment by the state government last year.
