The Hussaini Adamu Federal Polytechnic, Kazaure in Jigawa State admitted a total of 1,239 students during the 2014/2015 academic session matriculation ceremony.
Speaking at the event, the Rector, Dr. Kabir I. Matazumni, urged the students not to do anything that would prolong their stay in the institution longer than necessary.
He said the Polytechnic is doing all within its capacity to improve the infrastructures to provide conducive environment for learning.
In his address, the Registrar of the Polytechnic, Mal. Rabi’u Muhammad Danmalam congratulated the newly admitted students and urged them to shun act of vices such as drug addictions, smoking and sexual harassment.
