As part of activities marking the Covenant
The events, which took place immediately after the University’s general assembly to appreciate God for His faithfulness in the affairs of the University, drew members of the Living Faith Church in Canaan Land (the proprietor base), the University’s Management, faculty, staff and students.
The equipment commissioned at the University Health Centre by the Chancellor, Dr David Oyedepo were Computerised Tomography (CT) Scan, Mammography machine, Digital X-ray machine, 3-Dimentional Colour Ultrasound Scanning machine with Transvaginal and Cardiac Probes and Electrocardiography (ECG) machines.
At the School of Postgraduate’s Hall of Residence, the Chancellor also commissioned two blocks of hostel with 120 rooms each and a 400 seat capacity Cafeteria.
The Chancellor, Dr David Oyedepo advised the postgraduate students to study to make impact and not only to earn degrees.
He enjoined them to make the best use of the facilities available on campus and come out with solutions that the world would celebrate.
According to the University Management, the residency of postgraduate students on campus will enhance their academic productivity and thereby increase speed in programme completion and research endevours.
