College of Health Technology Calabar Gets Full Accreditation
The College of Health Technology in Calabar, Cross River State, has now gotten full accreditation for all its academic programmes.
This was made known by the State Governor, Liyel Imoke, during the institution’s 8th matriculation ceremony for admitted students held in Calabar.
Represented by the Commissioner for Health, Prof. Angela Oyo-Ita, Imoke said his administration had also carried out massive renovation and construction works in the college in line with the National Health Policy specifications.
He added that the most astonishing feat is the five years’ accreditation granted to the Department of Medical Laboratory Science by Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria.
