The current situation at Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi in Edo state can best be described as chaotic as students are currently protesting the alleged killing of two of their colleagues by security operatives in the institution.
According to reports, the incident happened as students tried to force their way into the examination hall despite the “no fees, no exam” directive by the polytechnic management.
This led to restrictions by the security apparatus in the school and that led to the reported death of the two students.
