ABU Postgraduate Academic Calendar is Out.

The Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria has released the postgraduate academic calendar for 2016/2017 session.

The calendar is as follows;

FIRST SEMESTER

1. 9th January, 2017 – 15th January, 2017: Registration.
2. 16th January, 2017 – 29th January, 2017: Late Registration.
3. 16th January, 2017 – 24th March, 2017 Instruction /Lectures (14 wks)
4. 25th March, 2017 – 3rd April, 2017 Mid Semester Break (1 wk)
5. 4th April, 2017 – 5th May, 2016 Lectures (2wks)
6. 8th May, 2017 – 21st May, 2017 1st Semester I Examination (2 wks)
7. 22nd May, 2017 – 5th June, 2017 1st Semester Break.

SECOND SEMESTER

• Commencement of Semester 2: 6th June, 2017.
• 6th June, 2017-  2nd Sept, 2017 Instruction /Lectures (14 wks)
• 3rd Sept. 2017 – 10th Sept. 2017 Mid Semester Break (1wks)
• 11th Sept 2017 – 17th Sept. 2017 Lectures (2wks)
• 18th Sept, 2017 – 3rd October, 2017 2nd Semester Examination (2 wks).
