The Delta State University, Abraka held the Induction Ceremony of the 2012/2013 set of Bachelor of Nursing Science graduates, last weekend.
Speaking during the Oath taking event, the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Victor Peretomode, congratulated the fresh nurses and urged them to respect all the ethics of their profession.
He explained that the training of nurses like every other profession has always been capital intensive, adding that the university cannot transfer the heavy financial burden to the parents of the students.
The VC also announced automatic employment for all the best graduating students.
